If you think this is going to be a long post to read, imagine how long it took me to think and write!
Hello There and welcome back to MSB Life!
For this week’s mid-edition I am going to be answering the infamous Vogue 73 questions, as I was kindly tagged by the almost loveliest person – Chloe from Writing the Blues Away. (I say almost because she said that she wasn’t a fan of Marvel when answering her questions…)
I then have the honor of choosing 12 more bloggers to answer the 73 questions! I am quite glad this isn’t one of those blogger tags that makes you come up with the questions…
Without further ado my friends, let’s answer:
Vogue’s 73 Questions
1: What is your usual Starbucks order?
My Starbucks order is non-existent. I don’t drink coffee, barely ever have a herbal tea and I dislike Starbucks – so I don’t order there!
2: What does your workstation look like?
There are several. I have a computer desk, which as well as my PC, holds the Nintendo Switch, (I have been obsessed with playing Stardew Valley recently) small figures (an iron man, a seal, a squishy man and a robot) and a glass of water. I also have a ‘dressing table’ desk which has a gold globe, 2 Marvel POP figures and a rock. Despite that, I am currently sat with my laptop on my bed so…
3: Favourite Food?
Why do people ask this question? It’s hard. Thinking off the top of my head I would probably have to say roast vegetables wraps with sweet potato fries. Actually, wraps in general are the best thing to ever happen to me.
4: Favourite Author?
5: What do you think of open relationships?
I don’t really have much of an opinion and it doesn’t really bother me. I quite like the idea of being someone’s number one but people can do what they want!
6: What is your favourite video game?
This is a stupid question to ask. You should all know this already. (Hint: TATTOO)
7: Guilty pleasure treat?
Hmm, most recently it has been those new Bourneville buttons.
8: Favourite movie?
I’m not really sure I can answer this with just one movie. If I can sit through a movie multiple times and still enjoy it just as much then it makes the list. This includes, ‘The Imitation Game’, ‘Room’ and basically any Marvel Avengers film. (Apart from Hulk lol)
9: Favourite book?
I would probably have to say the book I read by Karen Rose whilst I was on holiday in 2018.
10: Twitter or Instagram?
Twitter by far. Ever since I was about 12 and made my first Club Penguin Twitter account it has been my favourite social media platform. I can appreciate Instagram but it is all too much hassle to actually enjoy it. Plus Twitter allows me to WRITE IN ALL CAPS multiple times a day.
11: Desktop or Laptop?
Over the years I have come to appreciate them both. The laptop I currently have now works fine but it is quite CHUNKY so I wouldn’t be able to carry it round and I use it more like a desktop too anyway. For playing games I would 100% say desktop. My PC kept going strong through my Minecraft and CS:GO days.
12: Best advice you have ever received?
Everything happens for a reason.
Act confident and no one will question you.Sarah’s Day
13: What project are you working on right now?
Ever since I got my blog back I have been trying really hard to establish myself a bit more. I have been working on posting daily on Instagram and pinning on Pinterest. I have been ensuring I have 2 posts to go up a week. My next hurdle to handle is my first collaboration with a brand!
14: Favourite colour?
15: Did you get good grades in school?
I’m not ashamed that I worked incredibly hard through both my GCSEs and my A-Levels. I was constantly revising, taking part in things and keen to learn. Whilst that hard work may not have paid off in all my subjects at A-Level, I did get an A in History which is one of my best achievements! 🙂
16: Dream job?
To be in a job that allows me to experience a HUGE range of activities and opportunities.
17: Play any sports?
As you can tell from my blog, I love fitness and you can constantly find me at the gym. I did GCSE and AS PE and I love taking part and playing sports – although I don’t tend to be very good at them. Recently, I have started going to Boxing classes, which have been a huge step but also a ton of fun! (Watch out for that post coming soon!)
18: Do you have a degree?
Nope! I made the decision last year to not go to university and it has worked out quite well for me. I think it is stupidly expensive and I absolutely hate debt so it wasn’t really for me. Plus these days you don’t need a degree to progress and be successful. I am currently doing a Level 4 Apprenticeship instead!
20: What is your favourite kind of blog post?
I enjoy reading blog posts that talk about the body, those that provide me with tips or on history! I also really enjoy reading (and writing) about health and fitness. As you can sort of tell by now, I really enjoying learning about things!
21: What do you like to collect?
I really like to collect items that will remind me of a certain time. I have a whole draw underneath my bed full of things. These range from items from my childhood; the cinema ticket from Jack and I’s first date; and notes that people have given me!
22: Describe yourself in three words?
Motivated, Confident and Indecisive.
23: If you were a rapper what would your stage name be?
If you have managed to read this far in, please leave your suggestions for a rapper name for me in the comments!
24: Who was the last person you DMed?
25: What’s on top of your wish list right now?
THE NEW ANIMAL CROSSING GAME ON NINTENDO SWITCH. I have to wait until March 20th 2020 and I get why they have done it BUT I AM STILL UPSET.
26: Sorting house?
I have absolutely no idea what this means but by the looks of Chloe’s post it has something to do with Harry Potter. I don’t like Harry Potter – fight me.
27: How many tattoos do you have?
Just one on my left ankle! You can check it out and read about my experience in a recent post.
28: What are you most grateful for this year?
The opportunities I have had through my current work role. They may not sound too exciting for some people but I have really enjoyed them!
29: What’s the best thing that’s happened to you this month?
Emily messaged me asking if she could send me a birthday card and it has legit made my month.
30: What’s the best thing that’s happened to you today?
Earlier my Mum was making me lunch (love living at home) and the electricity blew. We thought it had broken our oven but I managed to fix it and I was like WOO go me!

35: Do you like surprises?
YES I LOVE SURPRISES!
36: What’s the biggest surprise you’ve ever had?
Probably for my 18th birthday when my parents and Jack surprised me with a trip to Amsterdam!
37: Which surprise made you cry?
I had just finished the (very) intense interview and assessment for my apprenticeship. When Mum and I had got home I walked into my bedroom and Jack jumped out from behind my bed and surprised me. You know when you have had such an exhausting day and you are just so happy to see someone?
38: What’s the best surprise you’ve given someone else?
I was very excited about giving Jack the Nintendo Switch for Christmas!
39: Do you like muffins?
40: Do you cook often?
lol no. I am more than capable but I still live at home and my Mum usually cooks for me. (Thanks Mum)
41: What’s your favourite dessert?
Probably my Mum’s homemade Vegan chocolate cake.
42: Is there a dessert you don’t like?
There are lots and we should probably just leave it at that.
43: Cake or pie?
44: What’s your least favourite food?
I know it isn’t a food but Milk is the most disgusting thing ever. (Except for Mayo) I thought this before going Vegan and I think it after!
45: What’s your favourite condiment?
I’ve just realised how boring I am coming across in these questions. I don’t like using anything on my food but if I had to I would go for tomato ketchup.
46: It’s 4am on a random Saturday. What are you eating?
I wake up a stupid hours of the morning so probably my breakfast of 3 crumpets with peanut butter.

Either ‘Go and do as many different things as you can’ or a class on World War 2.
48: Best animated film?
Jeez, these questions are hard! Everyone has to love a bit of Toy Story right…?
49: What has a guy said or done to impress you?
I don’t think I have ever met someone, outside of my family, who has ever been so loving towards me as Jack. He plays along with my silliness and it’s great!
50: Best thing to do on a first date?
Jack and I met up and I lost my Subway virginity with him (!! :O) and then we went to the cinema to watch Spiderman Homecoming. Cinema is always a safe one!
51: Worst thing to do on a first date?
Pretending and acting like someone you aren’t.
52: What’s the best pick up line?
53: Best comic book character?
54: Name three things which can always be found in your purse?
